We got to see our Spanish girl this weekend.  We had a nice dinner out on Friday night, which was exactly 2 years from the first time we met.   This time we got to meet her mom and dad, GREAT people

On Sunday night we had her and her family over for dinner.  It was lovely .  Didn't realize how much we think of her as family.

Ana's mom made us a YUMMY tortilla de patatas we grilled up some salmon and had Ana salad (for old times sake)  Then we made s'mores in our little back yard fire place.

Great way to start the summer.

Ana it was short and sweet.  We love you. 

5th Grade Graduation

Oh where has the time gone.  My first born just graduated from Elementary school.   Not sure how this happened so quickly.

GULP!!!  Yes, that means Middle School is next year!!! GULP GULP!!!

The pride that swells inside me is nothing I ever imaged could happen.

My boy is off to 5th grade.  I know he will have a great time.

This momma worries . . . will he be warm enough, will he get a tummy ache (he has been having tummy issues), will his feet get wet, will he have fun. Sheesh this is ridiculous.   I think it all comes with being a mom.  Someone please tell me this is normal.
