Fall Leaves

Every fall we head over to my parents house to "rake" leaves

you didn't notice the blower in the photo did you?

We had a fun evening.

Got the call she has been found but we can't lock her file because we are not DTC though someone else can - May 15 AM

We can lock her file, she becomes SF - May 15 PM

Happy Birthday to me We lock her file- May 15 - 10 PM

I freak out not sure I can parent an adopted 9 year old - May 16

Good friends at the right time calm me down along with a overly calm peaceful husband - May 16 PM

FEW all is well we move forward and send LOI - May 17

The adoption seed is planted in my heart - April 2002
My Honey wants to adopt too!!! - December 2006
The mountains of paperwork begins - January 2007
Paper work is done and sent to China - June 2007
Log In Date (China logs in our paperwork) - June 4, 2007
REFERAL of our baby girl - August 13, 2008
Letter of Intent (letter we sent to China saying we want to adopt Rao ChuYu) - August 13, 2008
Pre Approvel (China pre aproves us) - September 2, 2008
Letter of Confirmation (China's approval) - September 24, 2008
Travel approval - October 16, 2008
ChuYu placed in my arms November 23, 2008
Consulate Appointment - December 1, 2008
