Spring and House Hunting

Spring is here. It is beautiful!!!

Along with spring arriving I have decided to run a 1/2 marathon. I did one several years back and vowed it would be my first and last. As you see here I am training again. There are so many things I said I would never do. . .

I owned a station wagon and it was white. I said I would never own a wagon or a white car, still no mini van though.

I said I would only have 2 kids, as you can see I have 3, no mistakes there.

Never ever would I live in the suburbs, always the city. Well we are searching for the perfect house for our family it is tough but seems to be the best thing to do. Unless that money tree starts producing big time. . . we are headed for the burbs.

This house thing really has me bogged down. A couple months ago when we started this decision making process moving sounded O.K. a new adventure with my family. We made an offer on what we thought was the perfect house it was a short sale. Turns out the owners are going to let the house go into foreclosure. The house will be up for auction in the next 3-4 months, do we wait?? No !? We have an offer on our house with no real estate and very nice people. It seems perfect. What to do ?? What to do??? These decisions drain me, along with my allergies.

We spent several hours today looking at different neighborhoods. Did not find anything. We will keep looking I know in time we will find the best home.

Look at the beautiful cherry trees . . . reminds me of the dream I had the morning of Naomi's referral

Pardon the extremely random post. My brain is just a mushy mess. But look how sweet my little girl is, by the way she is really turning into a little girl not such a baby anymore.

Good luck on house hunting! Please keep me posted. I won't be able to stop by on the 22nd, my mom is coming to Seattle with me, and she lives another hour away from me, so it will be a quick trip.

We watched videos of Tyson when we first brought him home. He looks like he's about 1 year old. My how time flies and our kids change so fast!
