We sent our LOI (letter of intent) on 5/17/2013 and would have expected to see our PA (pre approval) from China a week or so after.
Well we are still waiting
C3WA has a new system that clearly has many kinks that need working out.
We are lost . . . our girl is lost . . . in this crazy new system.
I know our agency is on it.
But I really want to matched with our girl and have the official PA.
Meanwhile we have been working hard on paperwork and have gathered all our documents. Homestudy is complete and I800A should be off tomorrow.
We have an awesome agency and we kicked butt. It helps to have a beautiful daughter on the other side of the ocean that you so desperately want to hold and love.
