Pumpkin Farm
This year we got to go to the Farm as a family of five. I remember last year we were still waiting . . . I hated the waiting, it was hard.

My peeps watching the tractor
Thanie picked this nice and tall pumpkin
My pretty girl
Pumpkin Jumping . . .
What a handsome young man . . . and he is mine . . . lucky momma
Oh! how I love them
Sometimes pumpkin farms make you sad, I guess
Sister and brother
Pigs
I love it when daddy is hanging with the kids and I get to stand back and admire
Lord please don't let him ask for a kitten, he might just get one if he looks this sweet and adorable holding it.
PS please don't tell Zach I called him sweet or adorable, he might die from embarrassment . . . I think it might be the dimples and freckles and knowing that he surely would keel over

Friday Night Photo Shoot
Naomi and I were killing time until daddy got home, eating chips and salsa (boys were watching there Friday movie). We decided or I decided that my girl looked awful cute in her bow and pretty dress so here are some pictures.
Try and ignore the chips in her mouth.

Today was a good day, I got to meet a women who my husband met through his work. We have corresponded over the last several months as she is bringing home a 9 year old from China hopefully before Christmas. We got to chat about adoption, family and faith. I enjoyed my morning.
I want to wish my sister-in-law good luck, don't think she needs it so maybe well wishes . . . she is running her first full marathon. I know she will do well.

Family Time
We needed a little family time. The boys did not have school on Friday and Pete needed to take some vacation before he lost it. We headed to Ocean Shores for just one night, it was low key but so nice to have some time together without homework or chores.
Three little monkeys watching Saturday morning cartoons.
On our way home we stopped in Olympia to visit the capital, So Beautiful. I took lots of pictures, I will post more soon.
Daddy and his girls. Aspen enjoyed the beach she was not out chasing seagulls or playing in the waves but she was with us and loved layin in the sun.
I love that Naomi is with us. I was pushing her in her stroller down the beach I looked down at her, she was sound asleep with her pink sweatshirt and pink blankie. I am still in complete amazement that she is my daughter and finally with us. JOY!!!
Thanie flying his kite. Kites and Ocean just go hand in hand. Why is it so fun to fly a kite??

We had a nice night away. The boys loved the pool at the hotel and we enjoyed each others company. Often we get to caught up in the day to day stuff that we forget to enjoy each other. We needed that reminder.

Jogathon 2009
It was rainy and cold but they ran their hearts out. Nice work boys.
Every time the kids complete a lap they get their little tag hole punched. This is were I got to hang out for the 50 minute run/walk. It was so fun seeing all the cute little faces and just see all the silly things that kids do.
